Responsibilities

• Review environmental records/reports related to commercial real estate secured loan transactions.
• Coordinate and monitor proposals, project scope, and work-product review of environmental consultants.
• Obtain and review Phase I ESA’s and other investigations from approved environmental firms for CRE loans in default.
• Perform independent research of available resources to supplement environmental information.
• Assist in developing standardized documentation for environmental inspection checklists and requests for service.
• Perform special projects including analysis of environmental exposures in bank acquisitions and audit responses.
• Assist in qualifying environmental firms to perform work for the Bank.
• Review complex environmental reports and remediation scenarios.
