Responsibilities

• Lead preparation of detailed cost estimates for environmental and civil projects.
• Develop estimates during CERCLA/RCRA feasibility studies.
• Prepare estimates to support project authorization, budgeting, and bids.
• Use MCACES MII and Excel models to generate defensible estimates.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate design into cost models.
• Participate in value engineering to improve cost efficiency.
• Provide cost risk analysis and validation for decision-making.
• Support construction phase activities and change order evaluations.
