Qualifications

• Lead cost estimating across planning, design and construction phases.
• Strong knowledge of CERCLA and RCRA remediation processes.
• Experience with site remediation methods and civil infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation of detailed cost estimates for remediation and civil projects.
• Develop estimates during feasibility studies and evaluation of alternatives.
• Prepare estimates to support budgeting and bid evaluations.
• Use MCACES MII and Excel-based models for costing.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate design elements.
• Participate in value engineering and cost-risk analyses.
• Support cost tracking and change order evaluations during construction.
