Davey Resource Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Associate Consultant to lead ecological restoration projects across the Great Lakes region, working with project developers, biologists and managers.

You will prepare proposals, write technical reports and develop plans for upland, wetland and stream restoration while pursuing new project opportunities and client relationships. The role emphasizes senior-level project management, strategic growth, and effective communication with clients and teams

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in biology, ecology, conservation, environmental science, or related fields.
• Eight+ years of experience in natural resources ecological consulting.
• Proficient with state environmental regulations.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Credentials such as PWS, ESA Certified Ecologist, CPESC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project developers, biologists, and project managers on ecological restoration projects.
• Prepare and supervise client proposals and technical reports.
• Plan development for restoration of upland, wetlands and streams.
• Develop new projects, grant writing, networking and building client relationships.
