Bloom Energy is seeking a Senior Manager, Environmental Compliance to lead worldwide programs for Bloom manufacturing facilities and installations in California or Delaware. You will support permitting, EMS implementation, and compliance with local, state, national and international regulations, collaborating with multiple departments and BE stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong background in environmental compliance across multi-state or multi-country operations.
• Experience with regulatory permitting and EMS implementation.
• Familiarity with environmental regulations (CAA, RCRA, CWA, EPCRA, AB 32, LCFS).

Responsibilities

• Support air permitting processes from diligence to project approval.
• Support ISO 14001 EMS implementation including objectives and targets.
• Develop systems to track environmental compliance requirements across facilities.
• Coordinate environmental requirements with other departments.
• Manage relationships with BE stakeholders (internal and external).
• Assist in regulatory risk assessment and strategy with senior leadership.
• Provide hands-on technical expertise on environmental risks.
• Manage budgets, work orders, and invoices.
