Bloom Energy seeks a Director/Senior Director, Environmental Law, to join the team in San Jose, California. This on-site leadership role reports to the VP of Environmental and Regulatory Law and focuses on environmental, land use, health and safety, and sustainability matters across projects and operations.

The role requires JD, 10+ years in environmental/regulatory disciplines, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills to navigate federal, state, and local regulatory frameworks.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and bar admission in good standing.
• Experience counseling in highly regulated environments including manufacturing or energy sectors.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic environmental law counsel on regulatory matters affecting Bloom’s operations and projects.
• Lead permitting, environmental review, due diligence, and dispute-resolution efforts.
• Interface with federal, state, and local agencies to advance company objectives and ensure regulatory compliance.
