Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in environmental, science, or related discipline.
• Minimum of eight years of environmental experience with an associate degree or six years of environmental experience with a bachelor's degree.
• Valid driver's license.
• Physical demand ranges from sedentary to light duty.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement environmental activities and policies in the assigned region to ensure compliance with environmental laws, regulations and Company policies.
• Provide training and assistance on environmental requirements and help develop training materials.
• Respond to releases or discharges of regulated substances, including agency notifications and directing cleanup efforts.
• Promote safe work practices to safeguard employees, contractors, and facilities.
• Support during environmental compliance reviews and remediation projects.
• Coordinate and respond to public inquiries regarding environmental matters and communicate issues to internal parties.
• Develop and maintain environmental documents and records in line with content management standards.
• Review regional disposal contracts and manage Environmental Services contracts.
