• Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering or related field is required/preferrred.
• Experience with environmental regulations and QA/QC practices.
• Ability to work with regulators and interpret regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations and permits.
• Oversee environmental monitoring programs, inspections, sampling, testing, and reporting.
• Lead environmental audits, inspections, and corrective action processes.
• Develop and maintain an Environmental Management System (EMS).
• Prepare regulatory reports and track performance metrics.
• Supervise laboratory staff and ensure QA/QC and SOP adherence.
• Coordinate with operations, engineering, maintenance and quality teams.
