Job summary

Haley & Aldrich is seeking a Senior Chemist 3 to support contaminant-related environmental projects from our nationwide offices, with preference for Pacific Northwest locations (Portland, OR, Vancouver, WA or Seattle, WA). This role offers broad project exposure and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Minimum BS/BA in Chemistry or related field; chemistry strongly preferred.
2+ years in commercial environmental testing labs performing EPA methods.
12+ years in environmental data validation and consulting chemistry experience.

Responsibilities

Serve as scientist/chemist to plan and achieve project objectives and solve technical problems.
Ensure compliance with QA requirements and review QA plans.
Write or review Quality Assurance Project Plans (QAPPs) and related documents.
Provide guidance on data utilization to support informed decisions.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across US offices.
Lead portions of technical project work from scope to final deliverables.
Demonstrate and promote foundational safety behaviors.
Expand expertise to include product regulatory compliance and stewardship.
