Haley & Aldrich is seeking a Project Chemist/Data Validator to support site assessment and remediation projects by validating environmental data and ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

You will work with nationwide teams, contribute to QA plans, and help interpret data to guide client decisions. This full-time role offers broad project exposure and opportunities for growth within a leading environmental consulting firm.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Geology, Mathematics, Statistics, or related subject. Chemistry preferred.
• 4+ years of environmental data validation experience, with ability to review data per National Functional Guidelines.
• Proficiency with data acquisition, instrument reporting, and LIMS/EQuIS databases.
• Knowledge of federal and state environmental regulatory requirements.
• Strong technical writing, communication, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform data validation on soil, water, and air laboratory results for projects.
• Ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance across assignments nationwide.
• Write or review Quality Assurance Project Plans and support project teams.
• Collaborate with engineers and scientists across U.S. offices.
