Job summary

Haley & Aldrich is seeking a Senior Chemist 3 to join our technical support team. The role focuses on chemical analysis, data integrity, and regulatory compliance across projects nationwide, with a preference for Pacific Northwest offices like Portland, Vancouver, or Seattle.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams to plan work, ensure QA/QC, and deliver high-quality environmental data while expanding your expertise across environmental testing and regulatory domains.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Chemistry or related field required; Chemistry strongly preferred.
• Professional accreditation a plus (NRCC-CEAC, AAEES-BCES, CHMM).
• Experience with EPA analytical methods in environmental labs and data quality guidance is expected.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and mentor others while delivering high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Provide chemistry expertise to support contaminant-related environmental projects.
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare/review QAPPs and planning documents.
• Collaborate with nationwide project teams and other offices.
• Lead portions of technical work from scoping to final deliverables.
• Grow skills into product regulatory compliance and stewardship.
