Weston Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Chemist to support environmental consulting work for Federal, State, Local and Commercial/Industrial clients in Gibbsboro, NJ.

This candidate will validate environmental laboratory data, assist with QA/QC, and prepare QAPPs and EDDs; strong data management and technical writing skills are essential. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in chemistry with about 10 years of experience in analytical labs or data validation; proficient with MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry is required.
• 10 years of experience in an analytical lab or data validation.
• Knowledge of environmental lab deliverables and data workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and data management skills.
• Strong interpersonal, written/verbal communication, organizational and technical writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Support QA/QC and data validation using Federal/state DoD procedures.
• Manage project environmental data trackers and complex spreadsheets.
• Coordinate with managers, analysts, and laboratories to confirm documentation and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare, review, and update technical documents and plans; ensure consistency across files.
• Analyze and interpret analytical data; select appropriate methods when needed.
• Support environmental sampling programs (soil, groundwater, VI, PFAS, multi-media) as needed.
