Qualifications

  • Eight (8) years of experience involving technical analysis and interpretation of environmental program data.
  • One (1) year of the General Experience in an advanced working/lead capacity.
  • Substitutions allow degrees for portions of experience (Bachelor's 4 years; Master's 5 years).

Responsibilities

  • Supervises a section engaged in development and implementation of environmental plans and programs.
  • Schedules, assigns, oversees and reviews work of staff.
  • Prepares reports and correspondence; coordinates with agencies and stakeholders.
  • Oversees environmental impact statements and budget administration.
  • Acts as liaison with regulators, municipalities and the public.
