Job summary

QTS Realty Trust seeks a Senior Paralegal, Entity Governance & REIT Structure, to own day-to-day governance for domestic and international entities, manage corporate records, and support executives across legal, tax, finance, and treasury. The role includes coordinating filings, due diligence, and entity actions while mentoring others and ensuring audit-ready documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience required.
• Paralegal certificate or equivalent credential preferred.
• Experience with corporate governance and entity management is essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication and meticulous records management.
• Experience across domestic and international jurisdictions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day governance and lifecycle management of domestic and international entities.
• Lead corporate secretary support, including consents, resolutions, and minutes.
• Maintain complete corporate books, records, and organizational charts across entities.
• Coordinate entity due diligence, registrations, renewals, and filings internationally.
• Mentor junior paralegals and collaborate with cross-functional teams on governance actions.
