Job summary

RMantra Solutions is seeking an experienced engineer to maintain a large IP voice and video communications infrastructure. You will configure and troubleshoot voice, video, and data networks, including calling search spaces, route plans, and device profiles.

The role requires DoD 8750 IAT II or Security+ CE certification and an active Secret clearance, with hands-on experience across CUCM, Unity, CUBE, SBC, and Avaya Aura platforms. Strong SIP and QoS skills are essential.

Qualifications

BS degree and 2–4 years of relevant experience, or a Master's with less than 2 years.
DoD 8750 certification at IAT level II, Security+ CE or equivalent.
Active Secret security clearance required.
Experience with Cisco, Avaya, or Oracle voice platforms (CUCM, Unity, CUBE, SBC, Avaya Aura).
Expertise in SIP signaling and call flows.
Experience with SRTP and QoS concepts (preferred).

Responsibilities

Maintain and support a large IP voice, video, and data network.
Configure and troubleshoot voice, video, and data networks end-to-end.
Configure and optimize calling search spaces, route plans, partitions, and device profiles.
Configure Cisco or Juniper routing and switching devices.
Support distributed firewall infrastructure and security policies.
Develop technical policy, work instructions, and reporting for the enterprise IP telephony network.
Analyze SIP signaling and call flows to resolve complex issues.
Resolve remote site registration, signaling, and media problems.
Validate change requests and document changes accurately.
Perform fault analysis and configuration of voice subscribers, call handlers, and routing rules.
