Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a service-design focused UX Designer to elevate end-to-end experiences for associates and customers. You will partner with product management, engineers, researchers, and stakeholders to frame problems, synthesize insights, and map service ecosystems across interconnected products and services.

You will lead design artifacts, drive usability testing, and help align multiple experiences within a domain.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of UX experience in enterprise or retail settings.
• Strong service design skills and ability to connect user needs to business goals.
• Experience working with agile software development teams.
• Ability to mentor others and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven capability to deliver end-to-end experiences across products.
