Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a service design focused UX Designer to transform complex enterprise operations into intuitive experiences across connected teams, processes, and technologies. You will partner with product managers, engineers, researchers, and stakeholders to design end-to-end experiences for associates and customers.

You will contribute to every stage of the design process, from framing problems to synthesizing research, mapping service ecosystems, and delivering actionable solutions

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field.

Responsibilities

• Plan and align the experience vision with partners; drive product alignment.
• Coach junior resources and mentors apprentices in UX workstreams.
• Deliver UX artifacts, test usability, and lead data collection and synthesis.
