Job summary

The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) seeks a Transformation Delivery Director in the Enterprise Transformation team to oversee a portfolio of complex programs, aligning investment with enterprise strategy while delivering measurable business value across DTCC and global markets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading cross-functional enterprise programs.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to operate at executive level with strong communication.
• Experience with dashboards, decision papers, and narratives.
• Strong financial and analytical skills, overseeing budgets.
• Experience with Planview and Jira; enterprise governance models.
• PgMP or PMP certification strongly preferred; SAFe RTE a plus.
• Experience with digital assets or blockchain is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end portfolio and program delivery, including performance, finances, and adoption.
• Lead multiple complex enterprise programs and governances across business and tech.
• Translate strategy into multi-year delivery plans and manage dependencies.
• Develop executive communications and reporting on health, risks, and outcomes.
