Job summary

HOBA Tech is seeking senior transformation delivery leads to design, plan, and lead enterprise transformation projects, workshops, Target Operating Models, roadmaps, and governance across ANZ, with contract or project-based engagements.

Leaders will run complex programmes, manage senior stakeholders, and navigate real-world change, focusing on outcomes over theatre and delivering measurable benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading complex transformation programmes or projects.
• Experience with enterprise or government transformation initiatives.
• Strong C-suite & board-level stakeholder engagement.
• Familiarity with HOBA, MSP, P3O, Agile, or hybrid methods.
• Budget and commercial accountability on multi-million-dollar programmes.
• Australian / New Zealand work authorisation or visa.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise transformation projects end-to-end using HOBA.
• Design and facilitate workshops to align leadership, define scope, and agree outcomes.
• Develop Target Operating Models, transformation roadmaps, and implementation plans.
• Build and manage project governance, risk registers, budgets, and stakeholder reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including business, technology, change, and vendor partners.
• Track benefits, business case assumptions, and realisation metrics.
• Coach client teams in HOBA delivery practices and transformation discipline.
