Job summary

Accenture’s SAP practice leads large-scale transformations using design thinking, agile delivery, and AI-enabled SAP implementations. We focus on S/4HANA and cloud SAP products to deliver measurable business value, with strong emphasis on training and global collaboration.

We seek a transformation senior leader who can govern complex programs, drive delivery excellence, mentor teams, and shape strategic roadmaps, balancing cost, quality, and speed to value.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of SAP Delivery, Program Management, Transformation Leadership, or Consulting experience.
• Minimum of 6 years in Leadership roles for SAP transformation programs.
• Two end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations with accountability.
• Experience managing large global SAP delivery teams (100+ resources).
• Minimum of 2 years experience with SAP implementation methodologies, governance, testing, data migration, change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large SAP transformation programs, accountable for execution and business outcomes.
• Partner with senior executives to define transformation strategies and roadmaps.
• Establish and lead global delivery organizations across multiple workstreams.
• Drive planning, staffing, governance, and execution across SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Manage risks, issues, and stakeholder expectations; ensure value realization.
