The Financial Information Services Agency and the Office of Payroll Administration (FISA-OPA) is seeking a Senior Enterprise Tools Administrator to support and maintain a wide array of agency‑wide systems, applications, and tools. The focus will be on IBM Rational ClearCase, IBM Rational Application Developer, OpenText Application Quality Management (AQM, formerly ALM/Quality Center), and UFT One.
The role reports to the manager of Enterprise Systems and requires a highly motivated individual who can work autonomously, communicate effectively, and prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently. Responsibilities include providing off‑hours coverage for planned system and application upgrades and participating in the troubleshooting of critical production incidents with 24x7 availability.

Salary: $75,000 – $145,000.
Public Service Loan Forgiveness: As a prospective employee of the City of New York, you may be eligible for federal loan forgiveness programs and state repayment assistance programs.
Residency Requirement: New York City residency is not required for this position.
