Job summary

Armanino LLP is seeking an experienced Technology Workstream Lead to drive enterprise events from planning to post-event stabilization. You will coordinate technology plans with business teams, manage dependencies and budgets, and communicate progress to senior leadership.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, 8+ years leading complex tech initiatives, and experience with enterprise environments and migrations in a professional services setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years leading complex technology initiatives or enterprise programs.
• Proven ability to run large initiatives from planning through handoff to operations.
• Experience building integrated project plans, dependencies, risks, budgets, governance.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives with competing priorities.
• Strong understanding of enterprise tech environments and vendor management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with executives.
• Ability to translate ambiguity into actionable plans and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Technology Workstream Lead for enterprise events with integrated plans and milestones.
• Drive cross-functional execution across technology and business teams.
• Coordinate risks, issues, escalations, decisions and interdependencies.
• Communicate progress and financial impacts to leadership and governance.
• Lead technology planning for acquisitions, integrations, openings, relocations.
• Translate business requirements into coordinated technology plans and execution.
• Coordinate readiness activities: migrations, onboarding, testing, cutovers.
• Align tech teams, stakeholders, vendors, and partners for event outcomes.
• Lead post-event stabilization and handoff to operations.
• Ensure services, governance, and documentation transfer to ownership.
• Manage multiple initiatives balancing priorities and resources.
• Maintain and improve technology playbooks, standards, practices.
• Capture lessons learned and improve efficiency and repeatability.
