Armanino LLP in Denver, CO seeks a senior M&A leader to drive strategy, integration and carve-out initiatives for sponsors and corporate buyers. You will invest heavily in market-facing activities, lead cross-functional teams, and shape the value creation plan.

You will own engagement quality, staffing and outcomes, advising executives throughout complex transactions. A strong M&A leadership track record is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant professional experience with leadership responsibility.
• Deep experience leading merger integrations or complex transaction programs.
• Proven track record origination, selling, and expansion of complex engagements.
• Ability to travel based on client needs and work-from-home flexibility.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and expand Armanino’s M&A Strategy, Integration & Transformation capabilities for sponsors and corporate acquirers.
• Devote at least 50% of time to market-facing activities and business development.
• Design and lead Integration Management Offices and governance structures.
• Direct synergy programs and guide carve-out and separation initiatives.
• Assemble and lead multidisciplinary teams across Strategy, CFO Advisory, and more.
• Serve as senior relationship owner to deal sponsors and executives with high-quality engagement management.
• Recruit, coach, and retain a high-performing team and enrich methodologies and IP.
