Armanino LLP in California seeks a senior leader to own the Application Portfolio Management and Product Operations across enterprise applications. You will partner with business and technology leaders to define roadmaps, govern the portfolio, and drive cost optimization.

Lead cross‑functional teams, manage vendor relationships, ensure security and lifecycle management, and translate business priorities into technology investments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in business applications or enterprise systems.
• Experience leading and developing technical resources in a matrixed environment.
• Experience managing multi-application portfolios, roadmaps, and vendors.
• Knowledge of SaaS operations, application lifecycle, information security, privacy, and vendor mgmt.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop Application Specialists through coaching, performance management, and career development.
• Establish governance, documentation, and support practices to improve accountability and operational sustainability across the application portfolio.
• Monitor application health and risks, coordinating cross-functional teams to drive resolution and continuous improvement.
• Build organizational capability by expanding application knowledge and reducing reliance on individual expertise.
• Own governance, health, and lifecycle management of the business application portfolio.
• Maintain visibility into application ownership, costs, risks, and business value for informed decisions.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to define application strategies, roadmaps, and investment priorities.
• Lead intake, evaluation, and post-acquisition integration activities for legacy or redundant platforms.
• Partner with Finance, Procurement, Legal, and technology stakeholders to manage vendor relationships and contracts.
• Provide insights to support investment, renewal, consolidation, and cost-optimization decisions.
• Build trusted relationships with business leaders and serve as the Enterprise Systems relationship manager.
• Translate business objectives into application priorities and connect stakeholders with architecture, security, data, and delivery resources.
