Armanino LLP seeks a Business Applications Manager to own governance and lifecycle of the enterprise application portfolio. You will lead a team of Application Specialists, collaborate with business and technology leaders to align priorities with strategy, and drive cost optimization and strategic investments across the portfolio.

You will partner with Finance, Legal, and Procurement to manage vendor relations, renewals, and service levels, ensuring governance and health across the portfolio.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 6 years in business applications or related function.
• Experience leading matrixed teams and multi-application portfolios.
• Knowledge of SaaS operations, lifecycle, change management, and security.
• Proven ability to partner with business leaders on tech investments.

• Lead and develop Application Specialists through coaching, performance management, and career development.
• Establish governance, documentation, and support practices for the application portfolio.
• Monitor application health, trends, risks, and drive cross-functional resolution.
• Expand application knowledge and succession coverage to reduce key-person risk.
• Own governance, health, and lifecycle management of the portfolio.
• Provide insights on ownership, costs, risks, dependencies and business value.
• Partner with leaders to define strategies, roadmaps, and priorities.
• Lead intake, evaluation, rationalization, and post-acquisition integration of applications.
