Job summary

Slate seeks a Sr. Technical Program Manager to own end-to-end program delivery for enterprise technology initiatives in a remote, fast-paced startup environment.

You will partner with business, product, UX, and software engineering teams to align priorities and manage cross-functional dependencies. Responsibilities include coordinating system integrations across Slate’s tech stack, documenting processes, and advancing PMO standards.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of program or project management experience in enterprise IT, digital transformation, or technology implementations.
• Experience managing full-cycle implementations from requirements through hypercare.
• Familiarity with system integration patterns, API-based connectivity, and middleware concepts.
• Proficiency in program tracking tools (Smartsheet, Jira) and documentation platforms (Confluence).
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program delivery for enterprise technology initiatives including scoping, planning, risk management, status reporting, and stakeholder alignment.
• Partner with business, product, UX, and software engineering teams to align on priorities and roadmap.
• Coordinate system integrations across Slate’s tech stack and ensure reliable data flows.
• Document and improve end-to-end business processes at the intersection of enterprise systems and workflows.
• Develop and execute change management plans for new deployments, including training and adoption tracking.
• Support PMO standards and governance, including templates, RAID logs, and executive reporting.
• Facilitate governance forums, track action items, and provide executive-ready updates.
