Job summary

INSPYR Solutions in San Francisco is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for Enterprise Systems. The role focuses on Finance and People systems, including NetSuite and Workday, driving programs from implementation through governance across Finance, People, Legal and Engineering.

You will own end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-team programs, partner with Finance, Billing and HR to translate problems into funded solutions, and shape initiatives before they become projects.

Qualifications

• 6+ years leading technical programs and projects end-to-end, with enterprise system implementations.
• Experience driving programs across Finance and HR systems, including NetSuite and Workday.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence without authority.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex Enterprise Systems programs across multiple teams.
• Partner with Finance, Billing and People teams to translate problems into funded solutions.
• Challenge stated requirements and uncover the real needs behind them.
• Drive the Finance Integrations program, moving data from upstream systems into NetSuite with minimal manual work.
• Shape initiatives early, define scope, success metrics, and sequencing of work.
• Set expectations with stakeholders, communicate changes clearly, and build trust.
