Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare, healthcare operations, or information technology.

• Workday and UKG Pro experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior technical expert for enterprise application initiatives, leading projects that drive innovation and efficiency.
• Lead day-to-day technical operations, mentor analysts, assign priorities, and provide on‑call production support.
• Lead system configuration, integrations (APIs, middleware, web services), reporting, and optimization.
• Ensure governance, security, and data integrity across enterprise platforms.
