Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 on-call support for critical enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with vendors, Enterprise Architecture, Security, and IT teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Ensure data governance, security, and compliance across platforms.
• Lead system implementations, upgrades, and post‑go‑live stabilization efforts.
