Job summary

Baptist Health Medical Center in Metro Square is seeking a Lead Enterprise Systems Analyst to design, configure, and optimize enterprise platforms with a focus on Workday and UKG Pro Workforce Management. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 2+ years of healthcare, healthcare operations, or information technology experience.
• Experience leading enterprise application implementations, enhancements, integrations, and optimization initiatives.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills with the ability to translate complex concepts to business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise application initiatives driving innovation, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement while coordinating cross-functional project teams.
• Lead day-to-day technical operations, mentor analysts, set priorities, provide advanced production support, and oversee design, implementation, and optimization.
• Provide 24/7 on-call production support for assigned enterprise applications and systems.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, Finance) and UKG Pro Workforce Management (Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, Analytics).
• Lead configuration, integration design, reporting, and optimization of enterprise systems, ensuring governance and security.
• Develop technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and implementation plans.
