Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Business Systems Manager (Workday/UKG/3rd Party Systems) to lead application strategies across enterprise platforms, ensuring stability, security, and alignment with clinical and operational goals.

The role directs teams, manages budgets, and drives continuous improvement in Workday, UKG Pro, Credentialing, and related systems to support patient care, compliance, and operational excellence across 200+ locations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum five years of experience in healthcare, healthcare operations, or information technology.
Proven managerial experience in IS applications (Workday and UKG)
Experience leading application and project portfolios in a complex healthcare environment.
Strong budgeting, governance, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee application strategies and project initiatives across enterprise systems.
Plan, manage, and coordinate activities for a stable, secure information environment.
Lead optimization, automation, and continuous improvement of key systems.
Develop policies and governance standards for system design and delivery.
Monitor performance, report risks, and ensure timely project execution.
Provide 24/7 leadership accountability for assigned applications and systems.
