Qualifications

• Leads team and designs, develops, tests, implements, documents, and supports enterprise systems
• 8+ years enterprise systems programming experience
• 8+ years SQL database experience; 4+ years ERP experience
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with stakeholder collaboration
• Proficiency in Java or C#, web tech (HTML/CSS) and SQL
• Experience with multi-tier applications and ERP tools such as PeopleSoft
• Familiarity with familiar enterprise platforms (Workday, ServiceNow, Hyland OnBase)
• Prefer knowledge of insurance/reinsurance industry

Responsibilities

• Lead small projects with defined work plans and manage resources
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to validate requirements
• Design, develop, test, and document enterprise applications and integrations
• Mentor and coach team members and oversee performance
• Prepare estimates and capacity plans for support and projects
• Create metrics and monitoring for system effectiveness
• Contribute to roadmaps and standards for enterprise systems
• Drive continuous quality improvements across systems
