Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; IT-related experience acceptable
• Master’s degree preferred for advanced roles
• 8+ years IT-related experience in BA/Data analysis
• Experience in Workday Configuration is required
• Azure DevOps or similar tools experience preferred
• Lead Agile/Iterative project teams as business analyst
• Knowledge of programming, PM approaches, and SDLC
• Strong oral and written communication; cross-functional liaison
• Advanced analytical/problem-solving abilities; translating business needs into solutions
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured walkthroughs of requirements with stakeholders
• Document business needs as user stories
• Create business process and technical diagrams
• Configure changes and lead testing design across teams
• Oversee technical work and translate impact to business
• Host grooming sessions and document technical stories
• Evaluate new or enhanced solutions and recommend options
• Create backlog items for defects and enhancements
• Collaborate with Analytics to measure technical solutions
