RGA, a Fortune 200 global reinsurer, seeks an experienced enterprise systems leader in Missouri to drive complex projects and align IT with business goals. You will design, develop, test, implement, document, and support enterprise platforms, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and lead acceptance testing.

You should have 8+ years in enterprise systems programming, strong SQL/database and ERP experience, and hands-on skills in Java or C#, HTML/CSS, and multi-tier

Formación

• 8+ years enterprise systems programming experience.
• 8+ years SQL database experience; 4+ years ERP experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences required; Master’s degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Leads small projects with manageable risks and develops detailed work plans.
• Gathers requirements and leads user acceptance testing with stakeholders.
• Designs, develops, tests, implements, documents, and supports enterprise systems.
• Mentors team members and coaches architecture reviews.
• Develops estimates and capacity plans for general support and projects.
