RGA is seeking a seasoned IT leader to oversee multiple large-scale product and initiative delivery in a life/health focused insurance environment. You will mentor a diverse team of architects, engineers and developers, partner with business stakeholders, and drive governance, budgets and change initiatives.

Requirements include a BA/BS, 9+ years in PM/programming/systems analysis, and knowledge of modern programming languages. Master’s degree and LOMA certification are preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Arts/Sciences or equivalent experience required.
• Master’s degree in Arts/Sciences preferred.
• 9+ years experience in project management, programming, or systems analysis required.
