Responsibilities

Serve as the senior technical expert for enterprise application initiatives.
Lead day-to-day technical operations and mentor application analysts.
Provide 24/7 operational support for assigned enterprise applications on a rotation.
Lead system configuration, integrations (APIs, middleware, web services), reporting, analytics.
Ensure data governance, security, and compliance across platforms.
Collaborate with business leaders, vendors, and IS teams to deliver scalable solutions.
