Job summary

MRO in the United States is seeking a Systems Engineer, Manager to lead an application and infrastructure services team responsible for enterprise services delivery and continuous improvement.

You will oversee Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, monitoring, patching, and AVD/VDI offerings, ensuring reliable operations, documented processes, and strong vendor coordination. The role partners with architecture, security, and software engineering teams to align priorities with business needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in systems engineering or enterprise IT roles.
• 3+ years leading technical teams responsible for infrastructure services.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, and Windows Server.
• Experience coordinating patching, monitoring, and operations.
• Experience documenting assets, licenses, and vendor contacts.
• Ability to document how services support products and workflows.
• Experience with ITSM platforms such as Jira Service Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team delivering enterprise infrastructure and service documentation.
• Manage service delivery for Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, monitoring, patching, and AVD/VDI.
• Own third-party app inventories, ownership records, and lifecycle information.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, security, and procurement to align priorities.
• Define dependencies, standards, handoffs, and readiness for shared services.
• Translate service standards into runbooks, workflows, and communications.
• Drive adoption, optimization, and value realization of software tools.
• Maintain service documents, inventories, and upgrade plans.
