Job summary

1898 & Co. in the United States is seeking a Senior Enterprise Systems Implementation Consultant to lead multi-location enterprise system implementations across asset/work management, capital project delivery, and industry-specific systems.

The role requires collaboration with clients and internal teams to deliver complex solutions. You will guide technical design, specify requirements, and assist with project cost estimates and schedules while ensuring QA/QC and compliance with safety policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field from an accredited program.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in enterprise systems implementation.
• Excellent enterprise system implementation skills.
• Strong attention to detail, facilitation, team building, collaboration, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work methodically and analytically in a quantitative problem-solving environment.
• Ability to independently solve difficult problems requiring adaptation of standard techniques.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated critical thinking skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure with tight deadlines on-site.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deliverable deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT).

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of enterprise systems solutions with internal and external project teams.
• Lead development and design of technical implementation.
• Provide technical leadership for digitizing business capabilities.
• Support development of technical specifications, project approaches, cost estimates and schedules.
• Perform QA/QC of deliverables to meet client requirements.
• Support development of enterprise system needs and improved business processes.
• Maintain relationships with clients, customers, and contractors to grow business.
• Demonstrate industry knowledge and relevance to enterprise system applications.
• Leverage domain knowledge with cross-divisional teams.
• Provide leadership for implementation teams during delivery stages.
• Manage innovation initiatives through research and vetting of new tech.
• Manage project execution from initiation to completion through requirements gathering and deliverable prep.
• Provide guidance to less experienced staff and ensure QA/QC adherence.
• Compliance with company and site safety policies.
