CPB Group Pty in Honolulu, HI is seeking an experienced ICP Support professional to design, implement, and support enterprise server and application platforms. You will focus on operating systems, AD, certificate management, and Microsoft 365 administration, balancing engineering with reliable day-to-day operations.

The role requires strong problem-solving, mentoring of junior staff, and partnering with infrastructure providers to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year university.
• 7+ years of progressive systems administration or systems engineering experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on administration with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with IIS, Java/JBoss/WildFly or comparable middleware.

Responsabilités

• Designs, builds, configures, upgrades, patches, hardens, and administers Windows Server and Linux server OS.
• Administers core Windows services including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and service accounts.
• Plans server and OS lifecycle activities including capacity, upgrades, migrations, and decommissioning.
• Performs advanced troubleshooting and leads root-cause analysis for recurring/high-impact issues.
• Coordinates with IaaS providers to ensure infrastructure meets app requirements.
