Job summary

CACI International is seeking a Senior Enterprise Systems Engineer to lead the delivery of a complex software application into operations. You will support software system operations, provide technical direction, and collaborate with distributed teams.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3–5 years in software or systems engineering, and familiarity with Scrum/Agile methodologies. Up to 10% travel may be involved as needed.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI Clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, systems engineering, IT, or related field.
• At least 3–5 years of professional experience in software development or systems engineering.
• Working knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology.
• Willingness to submit for a Polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction and requirement transparency across development teams.
• Perform requirements management including creation, tracking, flow down, coverage, verification tracking, and compliance matrices.
• Develop test procedures to verify system requirements for sell-off events.
• Decompose system requirements and collaborate with multi-disciplined, distributed teams to generate scalable solutions.
• Support development, implementation, and verification of mission capabilities.
• Participate in program milestones, customer meetings, and Government testing events.
• Conduct testing events of software solutions and generate test result documentation.
• Support operations of software with enterprise test events and user onboarding.
