Job summary

Bowman seeks a Lead Systems Engineer to join remotely, designing, implementing and supporting enterprise infrastructure across North America. You will guide complex projects and mentor junior staff while ensuring reliability and security across multiple sites.

You will drive cloud adoption, automation, security enhancements and standards for AD, M365, Azure AD, and VDI, coordinating with IT teams and vendors to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years IT with 5+ years in advanced systems engineering.
• Experience with AD, M365, Azure AD, Entra ID, and enterprise infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, secure, and maintain enterprise systems and cloud infra.
• Lead complex deployments, upgrades, migrations, and integrations.
• Architect and support hybrid environments with AD, M365, and Azure AD.
• Develop automation using PowerShell, Power Automate, or similar.
• Maintain standards, runbooks, and documentation.
