Bowman is seeking a Lead Systems Engineer to design, implement, and secure enterprise infrastructure across North America with an emphasis on automation and modernization. You will lead complex deployments, architect hybrid AD/Azure AD environments, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring reliability, security, and scalability of critical systems.

The role supports remote work with occasional travel and requires 8+ years IT experience and strong Cloud/VMware/M365 expertise.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required with 8+ years IT experience, including 5+ years in advanced systems engineering.
• Advanced systems and cloud certifications preferred (Azure, AWS, VMware).
• Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure AD.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, configure, secure, and maintain enterprise systems and cloud infrastructure.
• Lead complex infrastructure deployments, upgrades, migrations, and integrations.
• Architect and support hybrid environments including AD, Azure AD, and cloud services.
• Automate tasks using PowerShell, Power Automate, and PowerApps where applicable.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure standards, documentation, and operational procedures.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior staff while managing outages and issues.
