Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 8 years technical engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure technologies including storage, servers, networking, and security.

Responsibilities

• 40% Operations: manage operational processes, crisis management, change and release management, capacity management.
• 20% Technology Strategy: develop tech strategy and roadmaps, standards implementation.
• 10% Research and Analysis: plan, schedule, and coordinate initiatives including cost optimization.
• 25% Supplier Management: coordinate with suppliers and vendors; oversee reporting metrics.
• 5% Financial Management: plan and control operating and capital budgets.
