Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or IT Security preferred.
• Industry certification in management/operation of at least one of: Cisco UCS, Citrix XenApp, Azure, AWS, Windows Server, Cisco networking and VMware.
• Two or more years of increasingly responsible server systems management and operations experience in an enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to engineers and analysts within the team.
• Develop and document processes for security, high availability, system management, and performance monitoring.
• Responsible for performance management and reporting on enterprise-wide servers.
