Benjamin Franklin Cummings Institute of Technology is seeking an Associate Director of Enterprise Systems to lead, optimize, and evolve the college’s core administrative platforms (Jenzabar ERP/SIS and Salesforce CRM). You will serve as the central owner of these systems, ensuring data integrity, security, and effective support for student success, enrollment management, and financial operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, IS, business administration, or related field.
• 5–10 years of ERP management experience in higher education, with Jenzabar preferred.
• Experience with student information systems and admissions workflows.
• Knowledge of Salesforce administration and CRM in nonprofit/education.
• Strong data governance, FERPA, and IPEDS reporting knowledge.
• Proven team leadership and vendor relationship management.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Jenzabar ERP/SIS management and optimization.
• Lead Salesforce CRM administration and enrollment technology.
• Design dashboards and reports using Jenzabar and BI tools.
• Develop a multi-year technology roadmap aligned with strategic plan.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracting.
• Supervise IT staff and drive change management.
