Claflin University seeks an Associate Director of Enterprise Applications to lead the Jenzabar ERP environment across campus. You will be the primary SME for Jenzabar and related systems, ensuring reliable data and efficient business processes that support university goals.

You will collaborate with academic and administrative units to analyze needs, implement enhancements, govern configurations, and coordinate with vendors while driving operational efficiency and user experience improvements.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, CS, IS, or business admin.
• Minimum of three years administering Jenzabar Desktop and J1 Web and related enterprise systems.
• Experience with databases, SQL reporting, and business process analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership for implementing, administering, optimizing, integrating, and enhancing Jenzabar ERP across the University.
• Serve as SME and primary functional/technical administrator for Jenzabar and related systems.
• Lead governance, data integrity, security, testing, and vendor coordination for enterprise applications.
