Job summary

DYOPATH is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect, Private Equity & M&A, to serve as a trusted advisor to private equity sponsors, operating partners, investment teams, and portfolio company leadership across a national footprint.

In this remote role, you will lead strategic client engagements, evaluate technology due diligence, and shape technology strategy that accelerates growth, reduces risk, and creates measurable value for investors and portfolio companies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Seven+ years of client-facing experience in technology consulting, managed services, cybersecurity, IT outsourcing, digital transformation, or related fields.
• Proven ability to lead complex pursuits and deliver executive-level presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic client engagements from discovery through solution development and transition to delivery.
• Facilitate discussions with private equity sponsors, operating partners, investment teams, and portfolio company executives.
• Translate technology opportunities into clear business value and executive-level insights.
• Support technology due diligence, mergers & acquisitions, and post-acquisition transformation.
• Develop value-centered technology strategies aligned to client objectives.
