Renown-Health is seeking a Senior Application Analyst to lead analysis, design, and implementation of HCM/Payroll/WFM systems. You will collaborate with users, address performance issues, and drive optimization across Renown Health entities. Strong SQL skills and experience with UKG Pro are required.

The role involves system administration, security, and cross-functional engagement within an enterprise healthcare IT environment, with standard day shifts and full-time benefits.

Competenze

• Requires working-level English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Bachelor's degree in IT/healthcare or related field or equivalent experience
• 6+ years IT/Healthcare experience; healthcare application analysis or configuration preferred

Mansioni

• Lead analysis, design, configuration, testing and implementation of HCM/Payroll/WFM applications
• Provide technical guidance, support and project coordination across user communities
• Develop documentation, timelines and estimates; manage security and data interfaces
