Job summary

Thisiscny is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to develop and maintain system integrations, including ERP components, data extracts, and reports. You will bridge internal operations, software vendors, and IT, ensuring smooth day-to-day support and delivery of requirements.

You will participate in design, development, testing, and documentation of integrated applications, while guiding improvements to ERP processes and workflows.

Qualifications

• Advanced root cause analysis and problem solving abilities.
• Strong statistical knowledge (SPC, probability, cPK, pPK).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Solid organizational and planning capabilities.
• Proven project management experience within cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end project management support for assigned tasks with a systems view.
• Create documentation, briefings, pilots, and proofs of concept.
• Monitor project progress and report milestones and deliverables.
• Identify complex problems, evaluate options, and implement solutions.
• Coordinate with external programmers to build data reports and extractions.
