Job summary

PGIM Private Capital is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to drive end-to-end requirements delivery across the IT&S roadmap, collaborating with US-based business users, technology partners, QA, vendors and cross-functional delivery teams.

You will lead elicitation, define functional requirements and acceptance criteria, and ensure traceability from requirements through delivery with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Lead requirements elicitation sessions with business and technology stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Own end-to-end requirements delivery with traceability across lifecycle.
• Coordinate UAT, testing, defects, and release readiness with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with business clients including Private Credit teams.
• Serve as liaison between business partners and IT development to align requirements with standards.
• Plan and support UAT, validate scenarios, and track defects.
• Maintain end-to-end traceability from requirements to delivery outcomes.
• Drive delivery plans, timelines, and risk escalation with stakeholders.
• Summarize complex issues clearly for leadership updates.
